TEST SOLUTIONS

X-RAY

The Metris Revolution allows Hansatech to provide excellent process control on those joints which may be critical but cannot be optically inspected. E.g. Heat pad voiding on QFNs and QFP power pad devices. The X-Ray also demonstrates its worth during failure mode analysis.

FTP

The two TAKAYA Fixtureless test systems allow small batch, fast turn test capability on PCBA. This is an ideal solution for projects not ready to commit to ICT fixtures.

ICT

Hansatech deploy several Teradyne in circuit test systems through out the factory. Hansatech engineers expertly design and commission the hardware and software to provide a very thorough electrical test solution.

FCT

Functional test can be simple as a bench power up to a complex bespoke integrated test solution. Functional test is the ideal method of providing the final confidence that the product will work as required when first used by the end customer.

JTAG

JTAG allows complex boards with limited test access to have an advanced test capability not otherwise available. Hansatech offer JTAG test solution as part of a comprehensive test strategy.
