We have developed a very efficient smt department. Very fast change over, flexible scheduling, constant monitoring and quality feedback. Highly trained flexible staff enable us to react to changing demand, coping with 1000's of boards as well as 1 or 2 prototypes. Although we have three lines, an abiltity to move product between machines means we can match the right technology and resources to the demand.
