Training
Hansatech takes training seriously and has invested in the skills of its employees from internal NVQ training through to external IPC training. All employees have a training record and training needs are identified by our full time training officer. This allows us to be confident that staff once trained can be employed with confidence on skilled work. The training officer and other trained staff run courses internally to spread knowledge and improve job satisfaction for staff.
Hansatech also belongs to several trade bodies which permits our staff to participate in external courses which bring them into contact with world class speakers and peers form other industries.
